- Message templates are reviewed and approved by Meta — approval is Meta's decision, not ours, and typically takes minutes to hours.
- Marketing messages to new contacts require opt-in; you import or collect consent, and we enforce audience rules.
- WhatsApp per-conversation pricing is billed by Meta and passed through at cost — it is separate from your UrbanXPixels subscription.
- A green tick (verified business badge) is granted by Meta at its own discretion; we prepare and submit the application for you.
